Position forInternational Luxury Sales Executive
Description
You will assist our Head of Investment in developing agent networks and qualifying individual prospects inquiring through our website and social media.
You will report to him directly and also receive advises and instructions from CEO and our Marketing team.
While following company policy and processes (thorough and continued training will be provided) you will also be expected to take initiative and be a proposition force.
International agents network development (40 % of your time): – Email and phone contacts to introduce our company – Presentation and organization of co-webinars (min 1 per month) – Agent portal access management and agent support
Individual investors qualification (40% of your time): – Answering inquiries – Qualification calls – Consultations set-up four our Head of Investment
Sales admin follow up (20% of your time) – Filling agency agreements – Filling clients reservation forms – Following with payments

Profile
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing and/or administration related functions and the ambition to grow your skills set.
Excellent English + French, Japanese, Chinese and other languages a plus, detail oriented, at ease with spreadsheets / CRM software work routine.
Great interpersonal communication skills, at ease on phone/virtual meetings.
Capable of being in front of the camera for video updates on site in El Nido / can do tours with foreign investors
Willing to join a fast-growing organization with a ” startup ” mindset.
